Site Information for St. Andrews Bay Jetties

Date: 10/02 |
| Attractions:
The jetties are a man made structure that provide a reef like environment.
There I saw an array of tropical salt water fish from butterflies
to urchins. One side of the Jetties is perfect for the beginner while
the other side opens to the ocean and bay area is for the more advanced. |
| Hazards:
The rocks themself are slippery and sharp to explore. I found out
the hard way, that the best way to explore them is from in the water.
When I decided to adventure out on the rock by foot I cut my toe open
on the slippery rock surface. Boy did the salt water feel good on
that! |
